Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, learning apps, videos, worksheets and other materials ("Services") provided by Next Level Enrichment ([FILL IN registered business name & UEN]) ("we", "us", "our"), including the sites at sgexamprep.com and nextlevelenrichment.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Each account is for a single named pupil (or that pupil's parent/guardian). Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used by more than one pupil.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including accounts used to copy or redistribute our content.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid programmes are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on the plan you select.
• Fees, billing cycle and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase.

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content in the Services — including word lists, questions, explanations, audio, videos, images, games and software — is owned by Next Level Enrichment and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for the named pupil's own private study only.

You may not:

• copy, download, scrape, record, screenshot for sharing, republish, sell or distribute any content;
• share your account or give others access to the Services;
• use the content to build, train or supply any competing product, dataset or teaching material;
• attempt to bypass access controls, extract bulk data, or access the Services by automated means.

Content may be watermarked or otherwise tagged to your account. Unauthorised copying or sharing is a breach of these Terms and of copyright law, and may result in account closure and further action.

4. Educational Content

Our materials are designed to align with the Singapore MOE syllabus but are a study aid only. We do not guarantee any particular examination result.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may update, suspend or withdraw features.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
