This policy explains how Next Level Enrichment collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our Services at sgexamprep.com and nextlevelenrichment.com.

- Account data: name, email address, and the pupil's level/programme.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: progress, scores, activity within the apps, and basic technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser).
2. How we use it
- to provide and personalise the learning Services and track progress;
- to process subscriptions and provide support;
- to protect our content and detect misuse (e.g. account sharing or bulk copying);
- to send service or billing messages, and — only with consent — marketing.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services (e.g. hosting, payment, email), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
4. Retention & Security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it.
5. Your rights (PDPA)
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond as required under the PDPA.
6. Children
Accounts for pupils under 18 are set up and consented to by a parent or guardian.
